Q: Do I need to be healthy to start training?
A: No. As long as your GP says you are fit enough to start, we will happily work out a program suitable to your fitness level.Q: Do I have to see you everyday?
A: No. You can see us as much or as little as you like.Q: Can I see you in the privacy of my home?
A: Yes by arrangement this is fine. We have a fully equipped air conditioned studio as an alternative.Q: Am I too old to use a personal trainer?
