Our air conditioned exercise studio
We have our own air conditioned exercise studio where we can give you the opportunity of one to one, or group training sessions. We are also happy to work with you at your home if preferred, or at the local park, weather permitting.
As an optional extra we can offer Cathy's personal training programme:
Imagine having a personal trainer in your own home to motivate you to a healthier lifestyle. This is a different and fresh approach to improving your health and fitness. The three day programme includes:
- 3 personal training sessions which will include strength training, cardiovascular activity as well as core strength and flexibility training for an all round holistic approach to conditioning the body,
- Lifestyle analysis looking at current diet, health and activity lifestyles,
- Tailor made diet plan according to an individuals dietary requirements, with all meals freshly prepared in the clients own home.
Every client is individual according to their own specific goals, which is why we offer a unique personal training solution based on what you want to achieve. The focus is on encouragement and the establishment of achievable and realistic lifestyle changes that will incorporate fitness and healthy living into your life in a regular and manageable way.
